Today we went to see the cheese market in Edam.(http://www.edammerkaasmarkt.nl/english/1/page.htm)
It is not that big, but it was excellent.
I stood right near the cheese and the traders, and they let me taste the quality of the cheese before they bought it - it tasted great.
after it all ended, we bought some cheese to bring home, and headed to Amsterdam.In Amsterdam we only stayed 4 hours (yontic and i were very tired). We had lunch, ice-cream and saw Rembrandt square and the flowers market.
